The Climate change has led to the floods in unimaginable places, while heavy construction and rapid urbanisation has paved way to led to land utilisation for free flow of rivers. The Assam Floods leading to death casualties plus extra construction work to repair everything. The Embankments made involved lot of politics among niche contractors, focusing more on profits rather than suitable strong structures. However it can be argued that this is temporary phase until oil & gas is replaced by other form of energy(I.e Electric Vehicle). To that counter, while this shift happens, there are hidden cost leading to inflation. Hidden cost involves the our Rational expectations and our budget allocations.

The Modi” might be good orator but recession has hit. Let start with examples, Since the Modi government came to power, Jio has flushed the telecom industry. Reliance Industries must have got a strong support from political parties. Suddenly jio industries provided free free things. Is this even real ? To a common man it’s a hard maths to understand the behind the scenes. First of all Reliance Industries is not an NGO to provides free services. In one line, Humara paisa Hume hi diya gya and Hua kya jio dhan Dana dan Aur Modi hai toh mumkin. Even after 100 times notifications from RBI, NPA of PSU kept on increasing and nothing was done. Time to time bail packages were provided to National banks, which is the complete waste of money. Economy needs structural changes like more flexible land and labour markets, speed Justice system, salary cuts in PSUs etc. Govt is ignorant to these and continues to take loan form RBI. While this could be a thing were loan money given as bailout packages is just a way to whitewash a money which is actually being used for huge election campaigns.

While media is blind toward climate related matters, Politics is making the things worse to worst. Trump Government’s steps to exit from Paris Agreement on climate change was a huge matter of importance. USA held most of the powers at UN, Also issues of developing nations like India are ignored. It was a big step whereby US chose to not to Adhere emissions cuts. But it has affected all. Politics has worsen the digits to infinite.
Speaking of Modi Government, National Green Tribunal has clearly stated that government are ignorant of the environment related issues. More focus is paved in luring people during elections, Operating inefficient PSUs, and favouritism towards corporate whose only motive to exploit resources and gain profit.
Climate change is a global concern. While developed countries like USA, whose per capita emissions are quite high as compared to per capita emissions in developing countries. Still politics rules and everybody is affected.
There are quite a large examples to show the ignorance of govt towards climate change. Politics is a reflection of its citizens. Choose wisely. What actually happens is common is concerned about money only. Fair enough but everything is not free. We can get air purifier by working but won’t get clean air when we step out to work.
Government will only be sensitive to these issues when we will be! Choose wisely !! Raise voices, ask questions where are money being spent and pressurise the govt for so. If you won’t do it now, you will suffer in future.
Government is accountable to people. No matter how much politics it goes, Raise voices! There is a Trump in everybody’s life. Raise voices to ask questions. It’s not revolutionary or anti national. It’s there duty to answer you and you have obligation to raise questions. Citizens or human being who questions signifies atleast they are alive human beings. Rest are dead bodies floatings.
